A few weeks after the wedding, we received our photos in record time and they were the COOLEST PHOTOS EVER (which you can see attached to this review)! We cannot thank The Hendrys enough for their hilarious stories, non-stop professionalism, unwavering kindness & selflessness, and being true magicians with their cameras and artistic vision. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything that they did and we feel like the luckiest married couple in the world thanks to them!

Wow is an understatement. I was so unbelievably lucky to have stumbled upong The Hendrys’ work when I decided on a whim that I no longer wanted to do a huge wedding and instead to have a guestless elopement. I immediately fell in love with their work. Beautifully crafted images and also incredibly creative. Once I convinced my now husband we should invest in our photographers, we somehow actually got SO MUCH MORE.
The Hendrys helped us ‘figure out’ practically everything for our elopement. Because of the cool and kindred spirits they are, they recommended us a perfect officiant (Love Story Vows), helped us figure out how to have the elopment in Joshua Tree Park, and even gave us a list of incredible videographers. I was so stressed out about ~everything~ especially since the wedding idea fell apart, and once we booked with them, I finally felt a weight lifted off my shoulders in an unexpected way. The photos are AMAZING and perfect and I am SO happy. Thank you so much to The Hendrys. THEY ARE WORTH IT.

The Hendrys…WE LOOOOVE THEM!!! We flew to LA all the way from the Philippines! Bestest decision ever. Our elopement became more wonderful because of Sarah and Darren. We are so happy with how creative this duo is and how they captured our vibe and style. They’re very nice and so easy to work with. Zero zero stress!

I have one word for you: MIND-BLOWING. The Hendrys were hands down the BEST decision we made in looking for a wedding photographer. We had a specific vision in mind to have a spooky Halloween wedding with pumpkins, gourds, skulls, etc. and after we browsed their portfolio online, we absolutely fell in love with their eclectic photographs.
When we received our photos within two weeks, we were absolutely blown away with how amazing each photo turned out. The use of kaleidoscope and reflector glass along with the neon lights and fog fit our Halloween aesthetic so perfectly. We cannot express enough how eternally grateful we are for how they both made our spooky wedding come to life. If you want your wedding photos to be out-of-this-world rad and something different than the traditional look, than hire The Hendrys ASAP! Thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts for giving us a lasting memory of the best days of our lives!

I could write 10 paragraphs about how truly talented and passionate they are about their work, but more than that, they are just two rad humans. They were so fun to hang out with and were nothing but helpful. We were out of state brides and they truly ensured our Joshua Tree ceremony went perfectly down to every last direction and detail.
Our guests that didn’t attend the elopement have been moved to tears browsing their work. As an LGBTQ+ couple, I did a lot of research to ensure we would feel completely embraced and accepted on our special day. Sarah and Darren were so warm and welcoming. I would 1,000% recommend them over and over.

We are so stunned by The Hendrys’ skills. Completely blown away. I’m a graphic designer, and I work with a lot of photography. Many photographers will just take a bunch of shots without thinking much about them, then you have to go through a bunch of okay images to get to the few good ones. Not the Hendrys! I can really appreciate the fact that ALL the photos of our wedding that the Hendrys delivered were well composed, skillfully edited, and totally genuine. Not a “meh” one in the bunch. The detail shots, the portraits, the candids, all wonderful. They didn’t miss a moment and everyone’s expressions are genuine.
They are super fun to work with, always on time with prompt responses and super quick editing, and we absolutely love their avant garde shots. They did plenty of traditional shots that everyone wants to see, but we got really excited about the ones where they used crystals for refraction, or the ones where they brought out colored lighting!
