Bridget and Tressa’s wedding IN JOSHUA TREE was all about keeping it real AND SUPER LAID-BACK. No over-the-top traditions, no forced moments – just a day that felt like them from start to finish.

Their first look happened at their Airbnb, but instead of the usual shoulder tap setup, they turned around at the same time. No grand reveal, no weird power dynamic – just two people equally hyped to see each other. And, of course, they made it even cooler HAVING matching denim jackets because why not get married looking effortlessly badass (NOTE: the scorching desert heat made sure those jackets stayed off, but the vibe was still 100% on point). THEY BOTH THEN MADE THEIR WAY OVER TO THE CEREMONY LOCATION TO MEET THE WHOLE CREW. EVERYONE WAS AS HAPPY AS LARRY WHEN WE ALL ARRIVED AND THE GOOD FEELS WERE OFF THE CHARTS.

Indian Cove Campground was the perfect backdrop – huge rock formations, open desert skies, and zero need for decorations because nature already had it covered. But Bridget and Tressa weren’t about to settle for just the rocks, so they added their own touch with a ceremony arch, disco balls, and bright flowers for that extra pizzazz. Nature provided the stunning setting, and they brought the personality. The spot has built-in benches, so no one had to drag in chairs, and the natural rock formations gave just the right amount of shade. It’s a solid choice for any wedding in Joshua Tree, especially if you want something that feels raw and intimate without sacrificing epic scenery.

Their ceremony was nothing but good energy – no stuffy formalities, just real emotions and a whole lot of love. The way they looked at each other made it clear this was the easiest decision they’d ever made. And as the sun started dipping, that golden desert light hit just right, turning the whole moment into something straight out of a dream. WE ENDED WITH SOME NIGHT SNAPS BEFORE LETTING THEM GO ON THEIR MERRY WAY.
